If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. You are responsible for all shipping charges incurred for the return and/or exchange. All items must be returned within thirty days of the purchase date and will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. No returns are accepted after 30 days. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
Many natural foods attract bugs...if you should get a bag that has critters in it, please save your bag! We will need information on it to give store credit. Seed can be disposed of by putting it out for wild birds (they like bugs!)
Always save the box that your cage was shipped in until it is fully assembled. Report any problems to us promptly so that we can notify the manufacturer. We will need information contained on the shipping container.
